Present the following documents at Pick-Up Counter 20 minutes prior to the departure to pick up your products!
1. Document of flight/ferry number
2. National ID card or passport (for non-citizens)
3. Pick-Up Slip
In case a change of flight/ferry or missing pickups, please call customer service and a commissioner will help you.
